Controller
Data controller: Eduardo Gutiérrez Prugue (“Prugue”). Contact: eduardog@prugue.co. This policy explains how personal data collected through this site is processed, in accordance with Costa Rica's Law No. 8968 on the Protection of Persons against the Processing of their Personal Data and other applicable rules.
Data we process
(a) Browsing and usage data collected via web analytics (Vercel Web Analytics): pageviews and technical device data in aggregated, anonymous form, without cookies. (b) Contact data you voluntarily provide when you fill in the contact form (name, email and, optionally, a message), email us, or book a session through Calendly.
Purpose
To measure and improve the site and services, and to respond to your contact or booking requests. We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with legal effects on you.
Providers
We use Vercel Web Analytics (aggregated web analytics), Web3Forms (processing of contact-form submissions) and Calendly (booking management) as providers that process data on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
Retention
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or while we maintain a relationship with you.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection by writing to eduardog@prugue.co. You may also contact Costa Rica's Data Protection Agency (PRODHAB).
